The SC rulings in diversity did not help this mess either.. It created more confusion and abuse than it did in consistent findings of law!! A true travesty from the highest judicial branch that riuled so haphazardly..

I mean we had a pair of decisions welcomed by Democrats, the Supreme Court let e******n officials in two key battleground states, Pennsylvania and North Carolina, accept absentee b****ts for several days after E******n Day.WTH???

In the Pennsylvania case, the court refused a plea from Republicans in the state that it decide before E******n Day whether e******n officials can continue receiving absentee b****ts for three days after Nov. 3.

In the North Carolina case, the court let stand lower court rulings that allowed the state’s board of e******ns to extend the deadline to nine days after E******n Day, up from the three days called for by the state legislature.

The court’s brief orders in the two cases were unsigned. The Pennsylvania order appeared to be unanimous, while the North Carolina one was issued over three noted dissents.
They dropped the ball and know it!! Not real optimistic this moment about them either..

State constitutions in play they should’ have been consistent in how they ruled and they did not...

Damn, Seth, that is so painfully true.I've got a 31 year-old daughter, and a son-in-law who are doing alright. They will be fighting this "enemy from within" for a long time. However, they haven't announced the winner yet, so there's hope. Peace.

It's looking an awful lot like there was a bit more "behind the scenes" advance prep by the Democrats on this. Having read about their b****t harvesting in states where it is illegal, the v****g window ID s**m and the rest, it would definitely not surprise me to learn that they'd also been "in conference" with a few judges.

That may explain why the Biden campaign didn't put in a lot of ground work in some of these states. They thought "the fix" was in with their local fellow travelers.

I am curious as to the precedent SCOTUS has for ruling on something like this quagmire, or how they actually find anything in the Constitution that covers something like this.

The Democratic Party has certainly excelled themselves in turning a relatively simple t***saction between the people, the states and the federal government into a twenty ring circus.

I still believe Trump has a chance of battering through the mess by using the Dems' own confusion tactics against them, though it's looking pretty tight.

I slept in today, worked on the boat into the wee hours for a sail I'm taking south to C****ado, all I saw since making coffee (Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® French roast, ground on 6, yum ☕) was an AOL notification (rarely read their portside claptrap, just use AOL to store files) that Biden only needs one more swing state.
