A simple speculative question: whether Trump is re-elected or not, are we headed for civil war?

There are many indicators this is highly possible. What do you think?

No, conservatives always want an excuse to use their guns but here's the problem they face--1) how do you identify who your enemy is? Hell, I live in Texas and some of the most liberal people I know drive pickup trucks and some of the most conservative people I know, drive around in Mercedes. How are we supposed to identify who our enemies are? 2)This brings in the role of the police and the military. Even if they sympathize with what Conservatives stand for will they just standby and just watch as conservatives murder people they deem to be their enemies? I don't think so and this is why I don't think a civil war stands much of a chance of going anywhere.

I have no doubt that conservatives h**e Democrats enough that they are willing to murder them but if they do that will be their undoing and the police and the military will do what they swore to do when they took their oaths.

I hope it's "civil" and not violent.

First Amendment: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

That means no Right Wing M*****as or armed A****A thugs. No r**ting, burning, l**ting, and k*****g. It means restraint on both sides of the Political Spectrum. If and/or when violence breaks out, it will be a call for Patriots to defend the Constitution. When all peaceful assembles fail, steps must be taken by our government to put down these i**********ns from either side causing the mayhem. These violent groups must stand down and both the Democrats and Republican Parties must condemn the instigators of this r**ting leading to armed conflicts.

[The I**********n Act 1807

"If a city or state refuses to take the actions that are necessary to defend the life and property of their residents, then I will deploy the United States military and quickly solve the problem for them," Trump said in a short statement in the Rose Garden at the White House.

To do that, the president would need to invoke what's known as the I**********n Act of 1807. The original text of the act, which has been amended several times since it was first passed, reads as follows:

An Act authorizing the employment of the land and naval forces of the United States, in cases of i**********ns

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That in all cases of i**********n, or obstruction to the laws, either of the United States, or of any individual state or territory, where it is lawful for the President of the United States to call forth the m*****a for the purpose of suppressing such i**********n, or of causing the laws to be duly executed, it shall be lawful for him to employ, for the same purposes, such part of the land or naval force of the United States, as shall be judged necessary, having first observed all the pre-requisites of the law in that respect.

APPROVED, March 3, 1807.]

I dont see it any other way sad to say. I'm sitting in California, born & raised, in the Mountains & I dont support the majority at all, from the cities! Most of us dont up on the mountain, however we have t***splants (people from the flatlands) that have invaded our mountain, & have changed our way of being. Freedom ain't Free...

All you have to do is see how our Troops in the Middle East assess who is the enemy. The bent by the military and police force is for the Right.

and the Left's vilifying the police, calling them systemic r****ts, defunding, eliminating, and putting convicted pimps and far left DA's in charge of overseeing them makes me wonder who's side they will join. Will they abandon Radical Left Politician or will they uphold their sworn oath to 1st "uphold the Constitution"?
