Extremely obvious Biden's handlers trained him to grin whenever he was getting cornered. Problem is he looks reptilian when he does, corners of his mouth go back too far. Biden is still living in a pre-internet mindset before people could fact check him. Gotta admit he lies quite naturally... lots of practice apparently.
