Okay folks this is where it gets down and dirty and this is also where the shoe ends up on the other foot.

1. We know that Donald Trump and Joe Biden are going to debate on Thursday.
2. We know that a laptop was found in a Delaware Computer Repair Shop, and that the Repair Shop took possession of the laptop and that the laptop was owned by H****r B***n.
3. We know that the Media will not let anyone question this laptop and we know the Media calls the issue, "Debunked". On this note, who debunked the story? What official government agency debunked the story? This is a question for the Media.
4. Donald Trump is President of the United States, therefore is the Head Law Enforcement Officer. The chain of command goes from the street cop, to the Mayor then the Governor to the FBI to the Director of the FBI to the Attorney General to the President. We also know that as a Law Enforcement Officer Donald Trump has the right and the power to Arrest Joe and H****r B***n.
5. We know, that Joe Biden and H****r B***n have the right to remain silent. However, the information that was found on the laptop may be enough evidence to undo this great harm and damage done on the American people. Therefore we need to bring Biden to court.

Therefore, my advice to Donald Trump, is attempt to question Joe Biden on the laptop at the debate. Wait, my God, wait for an answer. If there is no answer, then state to Joe Biden, that he is under arrest for various crimes against the United States, to include campaign finance laws, foreign agent laws, racketeering, bribery, etc. He should do it at the debate. Then let the system work. He should to be official get Attorney General William Barr involved in the investigation. Then the president should order all investigative departments to open an investigation on the subject and end this thing.

Now, this action may not stop Joe Biden from being elected president, because a president can still hold the office even while in jail. However, if the outcome of the court case is such that he is guilty, then the senate and house must go through impeachment exercise and remove him from office that way. But a person can hold the office of president while in jail, but not prison.

Wonder what the press and media would do with that information? Wonder how Nancy Pelosi, and other democrats, what they would do? Standby it may happen anyways. Even though this is only my opinion.

The MO of the media is quite clear, no matter what Trump does, right or wrong, is according to them wrong. Under that, regardless what he does they are powerless over him. Here's why, Trump has many accomplishments that have worked. Therefore I bet most intelligent people can agree that Trump has lead the country to the light. However, his personality is what the Democrats are running against and that is what they peached him on.

Oh how quick we are to forget that it was about 10 months ago Trump was pushing to stop travel which even doctors have praised him for. But Joe, Nancy, and the media called him xenophobic. But when he was proven right, no apology. Can you explain that?

But since the above is water under the bridge we move on. Joe says, "Donald Trump failed with the p******c."

Yet the Governors thanked him for his actions from respirators, to theropuidics, to getting a v*****e, to the hospital ship, etc. So "he failed" holds no water nor does that argument stand.

And common sense can go a step further and I'll use Howard Hughes as an example. Howard was a germaphobe, so he put himself in a bubble. The same solution that the Democrats push for all of us. Two weeks after he came out of the bubble, he died of pneumonia. His i****e s****m was not strong enough to fend off the v***s, thus he died. Is this the Democrat solution? Therefore, the mask and closures are doing more harm now then before. Trump gave us tools to assist in fighting the v***s, what has Joe done? Hide in his basement within the bubble?

Because of one sentence with the leader of Ukraine, they launched an investigation that resulted in impeachment. So if this action is fair, then an investigation on H****r B***n is just as fair. But to force it, they have to be arrested.

Then there will be a lawful need for an investigation. I told you Democrats that the only opponent Trump would lose against is Vince McMahon. Instead they got Joe Biden. Really? Oh well in two weeks the jury will decide.

I hear a lot of lawyers and prosecutors reply when asked about a case ; "No comment. It's an on-going investigation." Joe may use this response if ( BIG "if" ), he is asked about his connection to his kid's laptop.
Wouldn't that be an admission that would at least put his campaign on hold? Being "under investigation".
And if there is no investigation, or charges, wouldn't he want to vigorously disconnect himself from the whole laptop mess?

I agree. And you bring up good questions. If I was being accused I would be so frustrated that I would actually say, "Bring it on. Prove it!" If I was innocent. But joe's not doing that. He's hiding, he's running, he's keeping quiet. So how does that look if you were accused?
