The E******n Will Not Be Decided On E******n Day, Counts Will Be Determined By The Times They Are Allowed

One of the things we saw in Florida is that they like many other states have times that counts have to be done by. Florida has the counters scrambling to make a deadline that because of the numbers involved, they barely have time to hit. Challenges come in while that count is trying to be done, courts stop counts while a case is made that turns out to be totally baseless, the court says resume the counting, meanwhile the GOP sits there demanding that original deadlines are still in effect, anything that doesn't get counted on time gets dumped.

Stone, during the Gore/Bush e******n count staged the protest known as the Brooks Brothers protest because it was a group of paid lawyers barging into the counting rooms where by law nobody is supposed to be, they disrupt the counting, and then want to invalidate it because of their disruptions.

The GOP needs to understand, and they absolutely do, that disruptions are going to further delay a count. Challenging an ongoing count with allegations of some perceived irregularities is going to trigger a shifting of gears that is slower. That slower mode is designed to eliminate potential fraudulent v**es. Go ahead and challenge the v**e in close races, but know that it will switch to a slower and more accurate count. A slower count is not in and of itself proof of fraud, as republicans try to represent.

This thing has to by law be decided weeks after e******n day...and if republicans are tripping out about delays they could look at the states that are repeat problem slow states and conduct their e******ns more like the states that always deliver quick and problem free v**e counts. Republicans have jerked e******ns around in some key states to where they can intentionally create a perception of incompetence.

Count early v**es ahead of time
Use the statistical evidence of numbers to help determine validity of in person counts
Hey, challenge a count, let it be completed and go to recount, but stop jerking an ongoing count around
