These are the people making the unconstitutional "laws
" and are not to be obeyed. Any person arrested for a gun violation should demand a jury trial and the defense attorney should be reminding the jury that if the charges are against his clients constitutional rights that the jury has the right to call for nullification of all charges.

New York Revolution (non-violent group) Wants to get the word out to all New York state and has requested info on new confiscations and court cases so as they can peacefully assemble outside court houses to object to obviously un-constitutional acts being committed on the citizenry. I just want to get this before as many as possible.

Thanks Willy I totally agree. I believe to that if people are made aware that the jury has the right to use Jury Nullification options that till we can get the laws nullified themselves that the best option for someone facing charges due to these unconstitutional laws is the awaken of people to understand that they have the right to throw them whole damn thing right out of court. Wouldn't that be more fun than an all expense paid Disney trip?
