Can't have it both ways!

When RBG passed we heard many Democrats saying that her dying wish was no Supreme Court pick would be put forward until after the e******n. Biden said it a number of times. You know what else RBG said? The court should remain at nine justices and adding additional judges to the court should absolutely not happen So, do you progressives follow a dying wish that no one but family heard, or do you follow her wish while she was alive? If Biden wasn't such a wussy he'd answer the court packing question.

Dems will need to address a seriously broken supreme court, and it has been broken for some time.

And you want to fix it by packing it with extreme leftwing judges who spin the Constutution to fit their agenda. Please do not try to feed us that centrist BS you try to peddle.

Biden did answer it: he's not a fan of court packing.

As for having it both ways, the Republicans talk out of both sides of their mouths all the time. The SCOTUS issue is a good example.

As is this:

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2020-e******n/judge-lifts-texas-governor-s-order-limiting-b****t-drop-boxes-n1243580

https://www.cnn.com/2020/10/14/politics/california-republicans-b****t-drop-boxes-cease-and-desist/index.html

They want to limit Harris county to one b****t drop box while putting illegal drop boxes in California.

I'm pretty sick and tired of hearing about how the Democrats c***t when this administration and it's enablers are making a mockery of our e******n process. Makes me want to v**e twice, as our President instructed.

Where have you been. Biden didn’t say he wouldn’t do it. I’ve watched him say he won’t answer.

I'm not sure what is happening in California. My understanding is that the California GOP is doing what the California democrats made legal. Now the California democrat administration is saying "wait...wait...that law was only intended for democrats!!"
So what am I missing?
Explanation, please.

As a matter of fact, the "not a fan" is not truly an answer to the question of court packing. A straight answer would have been along the lines of "yes, if elected, I will help in any way I can, to get the court packed with more judges." Or "No, definitely not-of I am elected and such a thing crosses my desk, I will veto it." Now, that would be an answer-not being a fan really is rather wishy washy. It doesn't matter what he says, actually, because he is a politician-over 47 years, and I have yet to hear a politician speak without lying. So it is a dumb question to ask in the first place. If he is president, he will do what he will do-no impeachment possible for not keeping promises or changing your mind, right? If that were true, no president including Washington, would have served a full term.

Agreed that it's not much of an answer, but it is an answer, contrary to the assertion he hasn't answered it yet.

Also agree that it doesn't matter what he says about the court right now, and that he won't be impeached unless the people turn the House over to Republicans in 2022.

Has that e******n cycle started already?

Impeached? I think he'd have to warrant it before the Republicans would suggest it. He absolutely should tell us if he'd pack the court. This is much more important to the future of our Republic than any other policy out there. He won't answer because he is terrified of the far left of his party. The other day after the Judicial hearing Diane Feinstein gave her old friend Lindsey Grahm a hug. She has received thousands of condemnations from her own constituents and even death threats. That is how much control the far left has of your party. You can ignore this all you want but it's the t***h. Curious? Are you for a mandatory gun buy back? A position espoused by Harris. Are you for a******n on demand at any stage of the pregnancy? A position espouse by Harris. Are you for children, as young as eight years old being allowed to "change" their g****r? A position espoused by Biden. Are you for no private health insurance; medicare for all? A position espoused by both Harris and Biden. Are you for letting China off the hook on unfair trade and currency manipulation? Biden always has been. If you are for any of these then I guess these people are what you want.
