Exactly, PR ... "I'm totally against it ... AND if elected, I will not allow it to happen." He may not be a fan of it, but the socialist group controlling him is counting on it and he knows it. Also, for obvious reasons, it's very important to hear harris say the same ... but she won't address it either. Their refusal to clearly state their intention speaks volumes.
