Starting a Supreme Court nominee should not be v**ed on during an e******n year. But when an opening accrued 90 days before the e******n McCONNELL is ramming through the fat ass’s nominee. So stacking the court yes that’s a McCONNELL agenda.

Now the last 3 years of Obama McCONNELL And his freak Trump party refused to v**e on 99 lower court nominees and blocked all but 10 judges. But after Trump was elected the first 6 months McCONNELL appointed over 80 conservative judges. McCONNELL has been stacking the courses for years, he changes the law to a simple majority.

But when that little weasel Pence at the debate said that Bidens agenda is to stack the courts. Karmela Harris should have looked that little weasel in the eyes and just said no Mr. Vice President we are just going to followed the agenda created by the republicans in Congress.

So when the democrats get control of the senate what they should do is expand the Supreme Court from 9 to 13 and appoint 3 New liberal judges and begin to appoint all openings on the lower courts and stack this nation and just claim hey you sick r****t Republican swamp dwellers where just following your lead.

Courts have been stacked, they need to be fixed, and expanding the courts by appointing centrist judges, not left biased judges is not packing a court, packing a court is what Mcconnell has been doing and that is by his own words.

It use to take 60 v**es in the senate to appoint all lower court judges and Supreme Court justices that law was intended To create the president from appointing a far right or far left judges because you needed a partisan v**e and it worked.

But in 2012 McCONNELL who had control of the senate started to block every judge nominee by Obama and that continued for almost 3 years and it created a major shortage of judges throughout the country. So democrats invoked the nuclear Option to get judges appointed. But the democrats made it clear they were not invoking the nuclear option on Supreme Court nominees. But What did McCONNELL do he invoked the nuclear option for the Supreme Court. And Trump brags about one of his major accomplishments that he was able to get 3 Supreme Court judges installed on the SCOTUS.

Damm with McCONNELL I could have nominated a puppy and he would have been approved.

But I agree if the democrats expand the SCOTUS they should find young judges that have a centrist agenda to offset Kavanaugh and Barrett who is sure to be passed.

FDR was the last president who attempted to pack the Supreme Court.

The appointment of Amy Coney Barrett is not an attempt to pack the court. For 150 years, the Supreme Court has consisted of 9 Justices. The death of Justice Ginsburg has left a vacant seat. IOW, there are now 8 Justices on the bench. Need 9 in order to avoid the problems arising from a tie.
