As I once posted, in the past I have hiked and camped all over California, and seen the neglect this state affords its forests first hand.

In fact, the majority of my opinions are based on first hand experience and/or personal association of one kind or another.

Travel has been in my DNA or something, and when I was younger I moved around and lived/worked in a number of states, working in a number of areas, from deck hand on a tugboat to retail management to Wall Street before settling into the Protection Industry.

I don't rely entirely on graphs, charts and media bias for my information, knowledge or wh**ever. I also go with common sense.

To top off the rest, I actually get out and about and talk to people, everything from minorities to homeless people to very wealthy folk, and get a lot of first hand accounts of their various realities.

When I come here and read posts by a lot of lefties, what I often see is a total lack of connection with what my own first hand experience tells me.

In my chosen field, a goodly amount of the consulting jobs I've done have required my researching local economies, crime stats and details and generally familiarizing myself with a client property's environs.

All that eng****rs a certain amount of amusement on my part when I read a post from some lofty, clueless "liberal" who deems him/herself somehow "qualified" to speak for people or groups of people he/she knows nothing about.

My industry thrives on pure reality and the best of us steer clear of so-called "conventional wisdom."

For example, the other day I was reading an article on In-T***sit Shrinkage Control in one of the security industry journals I subscribe to, and in addition to discussing methodology the author goes into depth about the local and regional economies versus geographies of the worst trouble spots. Pure data, based heavily on personal experience (all the industry articles I read are written by professionals involved in the areas of which they write), no fluff, no speculation.

That's exactly the way I form my views.

My neighbor, if you could not tell from the post, is a friend and his wife is a favorite garden partner with my wife and the garden club..

He proposed that he and I add our 40 and 45 acres together for a development and we talked over for a time. we have no animosity because of our political views.. they do not define our lives..

Oh, why did we not.. well the 90s ended and so did the land rush, and it was a sometime idea.. not what we were ready for at the time..

You seem to wish ill on anyone who does not bow for trump..

I hide from nothing.. such a foolish trump like remark.. and Biden dose not either.. to rant about him for caring about spreading the c****-** is yet one more trump trait..

Now you go and join a rally for him and think happy thoughts of him in a 2nd term, we will have the e******n and despite his never ending effort to c***t and manipulate his way to a safe haven in the oval office, it does not appear very likely he will make it..

The package in question is a C****-** stimulus, period, whose purpose is to help businesses and individuals whose situations have been turned upside down by the p******c.

It is not a taxpayer bailout for Democrat politicians whose gross fiscal mismanagement has bankrupted their cities and states -- that's between them and their v**ers, not them and every taxpayer in America -- it is not a taxpayer infusion of mad money for teacher's unions, nor is it the taxpayer's gift to i*****l a***ns who aren't even supposed to be here.

Your ilk has virtually zero respect for the hard earned money of "other people," as is evidenced by your complete lack of hesitation when it comes to padding a bill with unrelated, politically motivated spending.

Had Pelosi been negotiating realistically and in good faith, the stimulus would no doubt have soared through the Senate, been signed by the president and even now, that stimulus money would be in the hands of those who so desperately need it.

There is absolutely no argument for Pelosi's rejection of the partial stimulus proposed in the meantime that would relieve those in need in a timely manner.

Oh, yeah, that's right. She said it herself on national television: "I refuse to allow those in need to receive checks with Trump's name on them."

There is no sane, human argument you can make that justifies Pelosi's allowing pure politics to deprive Americans in need.

She is essentially holding those citizens hostage to her political agendas, and that is despicable in every way, shape and form. By defending her actions, you, by extension, are despicable as well.
