I've been reading a lot about this the last couple of days. I haven't seen anything at all from the Democrat side, however.

Another revelation has emerged that they will respond to with the "move along, nothing to see here" routine.

What may even be a bigger scandal is the story that BigMike has about Biden. Apparently, Biden let out information, classified info that got 17 Seal Team Six members k**led *and 5 crew members. Obama/Team knew this would shoot down his chances of ree******n (2nd term), Iran threatened to release the facts, hence the pallets of cash or better yet, "hush money". The $1.7 billion was the settlement of a decades-old arbitration claim between the U.S. and Iran. The U.S. withheld $600 million from Iran after the 1979 hostage situation. It was $600 million until the George H. W. Bush administration returned $200 million to Iran in a partial settlement in 1990 bringing it to $400 million.

An initial $400 million of euros, Swiss francs and other foreign currency was delivered on Jan. 17, the same day Tehran agreed to release four American prisoners. The Obama administration acknowledged the cash was used as leverage until the Americans were allowed to leave Iran.

The remaining $1.3 billion represented estimated interest on the Iranian cash the U.S. had held since the 1970s. The United State did not give Iran money, it paid back what it owed plus interest.

How much compensation did the Iranian Revolutionary Government give to the former hostages and their families for the horrors they put them through, the U.S. government for the usurpation and destruction of the U.S. taxpayer's property and how much of that palletized cash do you suppose went not to the Iranian people, but to funding terrorism in hopes of destabilizing the entire middle east?

So perhaps that is all that needs to be said.
