...many red states have more democrats yet their districts are gerrymandered to a degree that they have more republicans in their state governments

He is not attacking the v****g process. He is voicing concerns about changes to the v****g process without any security controls. Requesting and v****g by absentee b****t has established procedures to assure the integrity of the process. There are established controls in place for in person v****g (these should include v**er ID). The mass mailing of b****ts has no controls over who would actually receive the b****t, it would be delivered to the address on a v***r r**********n with no assurances that the registered v**er still lives there or would even be the one receiving the b****t. There is no way of knowing if the v**er was coerced to v**e the way they did, or if they even did fill in the b****t. With the b****t harvesting, there is no way to determine if all b****ts filled out made their way to the e******n office. We need tighter controls on the process to have reasonable expectations in the integrity of the process. We can start working on that today so that we can be ready in 2024, but there is no time to get it to work this year with any level of confidence.
Maybe that is the true goal of these massive v****g rule changes. Create so much confusion that even in defeat you can hope to win outside the b****t box. I am not saying Maduro won fair and square in Venezuela, but he claimed the victory that the results showed. His opponent claimed foul and asserted that he was the real winner but was c***ted by Maduro.
