Trump and McConnell , and the Republicans do it again-this time a blatant conflict of interest- their rush to install a supreme court justice constitutes one as such. If Barrett is appointed as a supreme court justice that will certainly be grounds for a suit in court -It is not in constitutional interest because it is disingenuous to principles for which it stands [the constitution] and does not reflect the will that democratic principles decree- it is also compromises the peoples liberties ; another conflict of interest is - his claim not with standing - that his appointment of her is in the interest of the people because the people are choosing him as the president, contending the b****ts has always been r****d even in the 16 e******n - judging by his baseless contentions the democrats are rigging the b****ts boxes connotes that he does not have an understanding of how the e******n processes work, and that there are representatives from both parties to ensure that both are honest in the counting of the b****ts- either that or he is systematically throwing a cog in every traditional taken for granted democratic van guards such as the FBI,USPS,DEPT ,of JUSTICE and now the the e******ns administrators. To such arguments I would be suggestive that he is slightly psychologically disoriented or inordinately ignorant ;I'm not sure about his intellectual prowess but the aid and albeting Mitch McConnell's- the Lindsey Graham's [ just to mention a few] just to listen to them I do perceive that they know better- in any event ignorance of the law is no excuse.

.....other things that imply that Trump hasn't a clue is granting a tax cut at a time when the country is running a deficit and is in debt -why would a person cut their revenues when they owe out money -don't forget about the habitual lying therefore betraying the s**t out of the peoples trust and the exploitation of at least 45 percent of Americas naivety - he might be able to thwart businesses out sourcing to a certain extinct but so far as bringing smoke stack jobs back to America it is contrary to the basic fundamental prerequisite that are the basis for basis for initiating businesses in the first place-there must be a demand - if people don't want a merchandise product or service there is no demand .The demand existed because the country had not been constructed as of then - not to mention the globing warming factor. A smoke stacked economy is a strong contributing factor of g****l w*****g which in-turn is probably a contributor to the C****a V***s,
a collapsing of the infrastructure and a barrage of tornado's , storms, hurricanes and a lot of other weather related catastrophic mishaps which is also a reason to continue to pursue the Green initiative. Trump totally disavows that g****l w*****g even exist.

So, you're one of those fools who believes the AGW h**x is actually about g****l w*****g and that tax cuts increase the deficit.

History Is on the Side of Republicans Filling a Supreme Court Vacancy in 2020

Twenty-nine times in American history there has been an open Supreme Court vacancy in a p**********l e******n year, or in a lame-duck session before the next p**********l inauguration. (This counts vacancies created by new seats on the Court, but not vacancies for which there was a nomination already pending when the year began, such as happened in 1835–36 and 1987–88.) The president made a nomination in all twenty-nine cases. George Washington did it three times. John Adams did it. Thomas Jefferson did it. Abraham Lincoln did it. Ulysses S. Grant did it. Franklin D. Roosevelt did it. Dwight Eisenhower did it. Barack Obama, of course, did it. Twenty-two of the 44 men to hold the office faced this situation, and all twenty-two made the decision to send up a nomination, whether or not they had the v**es in the Senate.

During the 1844 e******n, for example, there were two open seats on the Court. John Tyler made nine separate nominations of five different candidates, in one case sending up the same nominee three times. He sent up a pair of nominees in December, after the e******n. When those failed, he sent up another pair in February (p**********l terms then ended in March). He had that power. Presidents have made Supreme Court nominations as late as literally the last day of their term. In Tyler’s case, the Whig-controlled Senate had, and used, its power to block multiple nominations by a man they had previously expelled from their party.
