I base my thinking more on personal experience and personal observations, not on propaganda or OpEds by anyone on either side of the political debate, though I do read a few columnists whose opinions are homogeneously in sync with mine, such as registered Democrat and former NY Times reporter Michael Goodwin, who is a conservative Democrat and as such is extremely critical of what his party has been up to lately. He now writes for the NY Post.

I grew up in a conservative Democrat family and started out a bit more liberal than everyone else (except my mother, who was a raging liberal feminist who palled around with both Gloria Steinem and the Fine Steen) then I grew a brain in time to v**e for Reagan after having previously v**ed for Carter.

There are quite a lot of conservative Democrats running around, and you can bet that most if not all of them will be v****g for Trump in November.
