Had lunch today with several of them that just moved here(in the last month) bigger problem was heat, I'm like you missed the real heat. One guy got a ticket for driving like he did in NY, too much speed! They don't like having the A/C on all the time so my answer was do you like having the heat on all winter, ha admitted it's a trade off.

Hey, I'm watching reruns of NYPD Blue. Want a good cross-seciton of what goes on in that city? Watch this show a little. I think it gives you a slice of reality in some of what goes on in NYC. And it's 10 times worse now than it was when Rudy was at the helm. He really cleaned it up. Pretty amazing job that he did. i think he was a conservative. Ha Ha.

I see it out my window everyday. They're in NJ w/NY plates, buy houses @ BIG $$$$ cash offers, then go door to door campaigning for 2 of our local town clowns. I'm surrounded by them but hiding in plain site, an OG walking his dog-lookin' like a potential victim. Too late to leave, not enuff time left to start over so I DEFY DEM!

Was just on the phone with Hal, one of the kids left his window open with the A/C on, 4 or 5 days. 1600 Sq Ft, $647 electric bill, hope the lesson was learned.

I'm in Ft. Lauderdale... New Yorkers have been coming here since air-conditioning was invented. Fine. Lately, their orange license plates and constant horn-honking, combined with 85 decibel speech has turned them into unwelcome intruders, who need to listen to a little Jimmy Buffet.
Oh, and that middle-finger you're so fond of flashing will likely be answered with a 9mm round... we're polite here.

Aren't U afraid they will turn Florida into anther NY? They are fleeing what they made in NY and they will make Florida the same.

The guy I replied too said they're already trying to do that to Florida and yeah, I feel bad for the people in Florida getting those guys as residents.
