Democrats are taking dumps in the streets of San Frans**tco and are not being fined. In fact Nanny Peeloosli and Governor Greuesome endorse the practice and say it makes great fertilizer. The dems are into both b****t harvesting and fecal matter harvesting. The bums and vagrants don't even wear masks or diapers to prevent public health hazards.

Yes, you can't defecate on the floor of a grocery store...you have to go out to the sidewalk, at least in California.
