Yes. If their lawyers put emphasis on the training officers were given before Floyd's death. The only "intent" I can see is to save Floyd's life. If they intended to k**l Floyd, they would not have followed the training to the letter and would not have called twice for an ambulance. When I first saw the transcripts of the body cam information and the autopsy report, a looong time ago, I personally concluded exactly what that video was saying. They are innocent. I firmly believe that if this goes to trial, the judge will give a directed v**e of acquittal and the defense won't have to say a word. The prosecutor has absolutely no evidence for anything.
And then the cities will burn all over again as those punk c****e bastards are let loose in the childish rage.
And then the cops will sue everyone in sight for the absolute deliberate, with malice, attempts to prosecute them for murder with absolutely no evidence to support the charges. And they will win big time or there will be a very big settlement.
