Well depends on how you look at it ,you look at it one way ,,yes obama had the right to appoint a justice, even though he was a lame duck, spin it anyway you want

Obama had the right to "nominate" a judge, not appoint one. See the difference?

How so? Are you saying the Senate then was obliged to push through Obama's guy Garland?

Certainly not... I'm saying they shouldn't have used the same excuse the Dems are using now

They should have simply refused to confirm him...

Didn't they?

They are employees bro. I don't give a rat's azz how they do it as long as they do what I want.

Obama lost for a reason which has not a thing to do with numbnut Republicans who with difficulty we are reigning in over a period of 4 e******ns or so.

They're hypocrites, wishy-washy, corrupt, lying, c*********d a$$holes...like the Dems.

This is why we have been encouraging the crooks in the Republican party to vacate, resign, go back to their families, just not run, etc. for years. We've even locked some up

Now...is the air clear enough?

These "Republicans" (questionable) are doing what we have to do. This is very serious. We are making them do this.

Not a reality show! It's more important than your posts suggest you understand.

Chuckle.... I'm not against what they're doing... I am simply recognizing the irony and hypocrisy on display....

Why does hypocrisy in politicians surprise anyone

Republicans have sucked and been cowards. Most of the ones that haven been forced out are playing ball...even Mittens for the moment. The Dems have been having a go at a c**p along with some turncoat Republicans and it isn't a politics as usual.

The show, though, is just now heating up.
