I have to admit that what you say in the title of this post is true. "Cubans know what a dictator looks like," although I see that you are trying to use a t***h to cover up something that is false, since a very small minority (5%) of Cubans is with the Democratic Party; and on the other hand, you open your comment by mentioning the Puerto Ricans who do not know what c*******m is, because they have not known it, since they have lived in a democratic system for more than 100 years. I don't want to insult you; but you're a cretin.
If the e******n of the President of the United States depended solely on the v**e of Cuban-Americans, rest assured that the President would be re-elected by an overwhelming majority.
When I make a comment, I try to inform myself about what I am going to write and I try to stick to the facts by not issuing triumphalist opinions as you do in this case, when what there is is a defeat in sight, specifically in the case of the Cubans.
Cubans are mostly anti-c*******ts and the comments made by Bernie Sanders, apologizing to Fidel Castro, were very badly received by the Cuban community. They are convinced that the Socialists have taken over the Democratic Party, so some of the few who are Democrats think of abstaining from v****g. In addition, Obama's behavior (remember that Biden was the Vice President), was not satisfactory for the Cubans, who in principle could have approved the opening of relations, but not his lack of vision before the policy of the Castroites who will never allow any change of their regime, as they have made it very clear in the Constitution that they have imposed on the Cuban people. When he visited Cuba, I remember being asked what he would do, and Obama's response, besides being cynical, seemed like a derision: "It's going to be fun."
It would be convenient for the Castro regime if Biden was elected and that is why the pawns who have infiltrated the Cuban community move to make these statements contained in the article that is the subject of your comment. The Castroites hope that the US will sell them goods and services on credit, because now they are bothered by the embargo that Castro mocked during the 30 years in which Cuba was maintained by the USSR. Cuba owes money to the whole world and does not pay. Putin canceled the Cuban debt with the USSR (32 billion USD) 8 years ago.
Of those that are mentioned in that article; some are individuals who want to do business with the Castroites, this merchants sell their souls to the devil for money, without taking into account the failures of many who invested their money in Cuba and the Castroists ended up s**mming them. Others have come to the US through different means, such as those who were part of the famous espionage network "Avispa", who were put in prison by the FBI and that Obama released to achieve a deal with the Castroites.
The Castro-c*******t regime has many infiltrators among the Cuban community in the US, the FBI knows it; and knows who they are, conveniently controlling them without their knowledge. They keep a low profile and being many, they are few in relation to the community they spy, trying to influence it by following the instructions they receive from Havana; what they will continue to do, as long as they do not do something that harms the security of the US, in which case they would be detained as was done with the Avispa network.
The largest Latino community in the US is the Mexican, which by the number of people, is almost as important as that of African-Americans; and recently I was able to see the statements made by AMLO, President of Mexico, to a journalist, in which he makes it very clear that he supports the re-e******n of the President of the United States, because he believes that he is the one who can maintain the economic stability of the country, that represents an income to Mexico between USD3000 and USD5000 million per month from the remittances that Mexicans send to their relatives from the USA, without considering other reasons to oppose Biden.
In relation to Puerto Ricans, in the end they will v**e to re-elect the President, because like the Mexicans, they know that he is the one who can maintain some economic security, as he has demonstrated this.
