Pelosi seems to think so!! What do you guys think ?? I especially want to hear from our Liberals on OPP!.....I personally think it's going to help President Trump and Republicans because it's so ridiculous! Her other option per Judge Napolitano is to shut down Government next week , which also will help President Trump according to Judge Napolitano ....So,I would like to hear from you....

Trump has every right and it is his duty to nominate a Supreme Court Justice.

They can all just go cry, whine and scream like raving lunatics.

Pelosi is just posturing as usual, no one really pays much attention to her anymore, left or right! She is just upset because the HOUSE actually has absolutely NO PART in picking or confirming SC Justices, this is strictly a President/Senate play! Nancy just can't stand to be left out of the action! Poor girl, guess she'll have to just eat more gourmet ice-cream to smooth her nerves!!!

I'm surprised Democrats didn't blame President Trump for her death....But hey , there's plenty time for crazies to come up with excuses to blame this President!

Must not be even a question because that is constitutional, a p**********l executive rights to fill up the position as soon as possible.

The Witch Pelosi, Schumer, and all radical DIMS will find all ways to derail the e******n process, hoping by hook or by crook a Biden mystery wins via their fraudulent plots set out during the e******n. Then they could fill up the Supreme with a black woman PP love k*****g babies.

Delaying that will add to the massive democrat frauds, that the president will carry heavy psychologically and emotional burden to handle. Then Pelosi will delay and delay their process, and with lengthy litigations could delay results of the e******n. Then Witch Pelosi could assume as the Commander- in- Chief at the Oval Office for the meantime.

The Democrats considered Trump winning the 2016 e******n to be an impeachable offense.

They ignore the Constitution whenever it suits their agendas, but whenever President Trump does something that's totally Constitutional that they don't like, they yell that it's unconstitutional.

The fact that this seems to escape the notice of their supporters only proves that there are an awful lot of imbeciles out there in Democrat Land.

No, but it's a fine example of GOP hypocrisy.

I’m no legal expert, but no, I don’t think of it as an impeachable offense. I would only be surprised if Trump didn’t try to get away with anything he can – that’s what conmen do.

The real culprit here is Moscow Mitch. This hypocrite flipped his own “rules” of operation in order to stack the court.

If Trump were smart, he’d wait until after the e******n. He and his bible thumpers want to end Roe v. Wade and will probably nominate a prolife judge. Polls show 77% of v**ers say the Supreme Court should uphold Roe v Wade. Many of those v**ers will decide the e******n in swing states like Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

So now a Supreme Court fight gives Democrats an opportunity to rip Trump's coalition open.

We need to confirm another Justice for simple reason because I guarantee that this e******n will be litigated in the Supreme Court .....We need 9 Justices to decide it!

It will be good for America to have a strong Constitutionalist majority in the Court when the Democrats try to conclude their mail-in b****t s**m by litigating the e******n results to get the Speaker of the House "temporarily" in the Oval Office on 20 January.

That's why the Democrats are going to fight a confirmation tooth and nail -- they know the American people will re-elect President Trump in any kind of f**r e******n, so they need to ignore the will of the American people and take the litigation route.

This is totally obvious, but watch a lot of lying human s**t, after it happens, blather that it wasn't what the Democrats planned, and that it came as a complete surprise to them.

Looks like we'll have them, too.

I've been watching Trump's Ohio speech on YouTube. He said he plans to nominate a woman. Probably Coney Barret, but that's just my guess.

Naturally, we can expect the Democrats' stable of animals to hit the streets with lots of peaceful vandalism, l**ting, arson and so forth, further defining the l*****t run Democratic Party's total lack of respect for the American people, property and businesses.

Desperation to prevent Trump from getting a Constitutionalist nominee's confirmation by the Senate will spark yet another demonstration of Pelosi, Schumer and Company's utter contempt for America and Americans.
