I really need to ask this question. Why is it so terrible for democrat politicians to have Constitutional believing jurists on the Supreme Court of The United States of America? Seriously! Isnt that what we all should want with respect all judges in our country? As a matter of fact why in the heck is there something called liberal judges versus Constitutional following and supporting judges? A far as Im concerned every single judge out there need to follow the Constitution rather than making up law that isnt on the books meaning legislating from the bench. That is and was not the intent of our founding fathers at all.

I’m sure you know the answer to your question: it’s because l*****ts play by their own set of rules, which equates to them saying, in effect, “heads we win and tails you lose, and if you don’t agree you are a r****t.”
That about sums up their willingness to work “bipartisan - across the aisles” with others who have constitutionally conservative minded views.

I am glad congressman Jim Jordan further clarified the process. Immediate replacement of the SCOTUS is constitutional, the presidents responsibility to nominate. The president must present right away and senate confirmation must be done. It may take 50 plus days to complete everything. But must not wait by 2021.
Pelosi has set up a massive fraudulent delays in the results of this e******n hoping, it goes beyond Jan 20th. If results are not resolved, she want to sit at the WH to be the commander-in-chief.
That is why this radical DIMS mail-in-b****t was conducted in bad faith hoping to win via fraud, to destroy the GOP's, and allow them to prolong and litigate the results. The radical DIMS have tons of dirty lawyers manipulating and setting up crimes.
The Deep State, ObamaGate, and the Shadow government are made of obnoxious fraudulent lawyers of the FBI's and DOJ's of Barack the Kenyan, and fraudster Joe Biden. Using the Federal government as tools, they set up crimes, accuse opponent innocent people, and make themselves the victims when in fact they are the criminals.
Exceptions are those GOP good conservative lawyers. And they are Christians too. One is Jim Jordan. He is brilliant and handsome., a real GOP.
It is a fact that GOP's are more beautiful, kind, and handsome than the ugly radical DIMS. Because GOP's are Christians.

If the dem get in they have voiced at times that the constitution is old and out of date and I'm sure if they get the chance the bill of rights will burst into flames.

The 244-year-old Constitution needs congressional amendments. But must not be under the C*******t DIMS Congress.
The radical DIMS have been frequently violating the constitution, since Barack Obama. Even the Kamala Harris VP nomination if we follow the last letter of the constitution, she could not be qualified for a VP, or replace a Biden seat. I have explained this several times already, so no more repeats.

L*****t rely on l*****ts judges to do what they can't do through the legislature. The Democrat/socialist Party has utter contempt for American citizens, and when American citizens have the nerve to exorcise government of the people, by the people, and for the people, instead of being ruled like the Democrat/socialist Party considers they should be, they turn to the judicial system to remedy the problem. That's why originalist judges scare the left. As usual they have to lie, and c***t to win.
