"Anyone out there who can tell me what our end game is with the c***d **?
What is the magic formula that is going to allow us to sound the all clear?
Is it zero cases?
The only way that will happen is if we just stop testing and stop reporting.
Is it a v*****e?
It took 25 years for a chicken pox v*****e to be developed.
The smallpox inoculation was discovered in 1796 the last known natural case was in 1977.
We have a flu v*****e that is only 40 to 60% effective and less than half of the US population choose to get one, and roughly 20,000 Americans will die of the flu or flu complications.
Oh, you'll mandate it, like other v*****es are mandated in order to attend school, travel to some foreign countries, etc.
We already have a growing number of anti v**xers refusing proven, tested, well known v*****es that have been administered for decades but aren’t necessarily safe!
Do you really think people will flock to get a fast tracked, quickly tested v*****e, whose long term side effects and overall efficacy are anyone's best guess?
How long are we going to cancel and postpone and reconsider?
You aren't doing in person school until second quarter?
What if October's numbers are the same as August's?
You moved football to spring?
What if next March is worse than this one was?
When do we decide quality of life outweighs the risks?
I understand C***d can be deadly or very dangerous for SOME people, but so are strawberries and so is shellfish.
We take risks multiple times a day without a second thought.
We know driving a car can be dangerous, we don't leave it in the garage. Many speed and don't wear seatbelts.
We know the dangers of smoking, drinking and eating fried foods, we do it anyway.
Is hugging Grandma really more dangerous than rush hour on the freeway?
Is going out with friends after work more risky than 4 day old gas station sushi?
Or operating a chainsaw?
When and how did we so quickly lose our free will?
Is there a waiver somewhere I can sign that says, "I understand the risks, but I choose a life with Hugs and Smiles, and the State Fair and go to Church and go hug my Mom in her retirement home.
I understand that there is a minuscule possibility I could die, but I will most likely end up feeling like crap for a few days.
I understand I could possibly pass it to someone else, if I'm not careful, but I can pass any v***s onto someone else.
I'm struggling to see where or how this ends.
We either get busy living or we get busy dying.
When God decides it's your time, you don't get any mulligans, so I guess I would rather spend my time enjoying it and living in the moment and not worrying about what ifs and maybes, and I bet I'm not the only one."

interesting post Rose.. I does have some very good points but also a few statments the seem only selfesh and unreal to me..

Start living?? How many have truly stopped and done nothing?? most that I know of do the mask wearing and come go pretty much as before the C-19.. inconvenient and irritating? yes it is but far less then putting a good friend on a ventilator..

In my case , things have been darn slow from the day of retirement.. but about the only thing missed has been going to a movie.. i putter around, do chores, garden, fish and walk about..

being careful is far from the end of the world and better for all of us, both sick non-sick..

Now when and how we will be done with this is a very good question and I have heard nothing of a goal for that to happen..

Maybe someone can clue me in....

Like the line in the Bob Dylan song says, "Him not busy being born is busy dying."

I was thinking more along the lines of the shutdown for so long. Its easy for those who haven't lost everything to tell others they need to sacrifice when they've done little.

Well, I do tend to overlook the shut down, I am long past going to work.

My family are all working at home or essential employees and working in spite of it all.

It has to be difficult for those that are stuck.. and soon some will lose health care and other needed items..

Hope the not many business have to fold for good.. the loss of the employer would be heart breaking..

When 90% of the population is v******ted. We still see cases of measles, a butt load of influenza v***ses and other c****a v***ses, so these will be around forever - however - when the vast majority of people are protected, we can relax.

>>>

Join local m*****as, activate into operations and march on your local officials, put them on notice to vacate.
Open all businesses by declaring your officials t*****rs in a conspiracy and arrest them and charge them, prosecute, sentence them to HANG in the Public Square...

Take your stupid masks off
Declare social distancing unconstitutional and

Order the citizens arrest and round up of all parties involved in supporting criminal officials local, county and state wide...

This is your duty and your oaths to protect the Republic.

Take Action and do something tomorrow !
