The right should have rolled out ideas three years ago so that the american public can see what the great plan is. If it really is good it will be supported, if it is good it will withstand GAO and CBO scrutiny and reports on the true costs of the ideas. If it has good elements it can be modified out to where it works.

You do not end what gives 20 million people healthcare before having a viable working replacement ready to roll. Republicans roll out ill conceived trash like the tax cuts that they are jamming together in secrecy the night before rolling it out for a v**e, and it is obvious to anyone following this that the administration is ending Obamacare without provisions for pre existing conditions.

This just sounds like pure stupidity the way macaninny says the president has a good plan ready but nobody can see it, it would be proudly rolled out if it exists, which it obviously doesn't.

This will be his campaign promise, he has a great plan ready but you have to v**e him in to see it...well he ran that con the last time and we haven't seen squat. It's embarrassing to think that people are ignorant enough to fall for this twice.

Pass it to find out what’s in it, sound familiar sheeple!!!

Ordinarily, we "stupid Democrats" don't waste our time reading the kind of tripe that popped up here on my monitor this morning. I certainly don't, as a rule. But since you asked for it, I can tell you that there are plenty of us Democrats who have a job (and some of us live in mansions with swimming pools, and jet planes parked in our front yard... just in case you think we're all welfare cases). America is the an equal opportunity lender, don'cha know.

kemmer & RandyBrian: Y'all sound like a couple of smart guys/gals, so stop beating a dead horse, forget left & right and come up with a plan. My suggestion would be to make sure with your plan the Dollars balance out.

At least Trump would listen to you. Can't say the same for the Trump's a liar, dummy, know nothing bunch. The only thing they listen to are themselves!

For 12 years, the Republicans have been promising us their health care plan. Even with Trump having both houses of congress and the presidency, we didn't see this plan. Face facts, they only want to get rid of any publice plan. You are on your own, because this is the plan.

You are wrong. Republicans want everyone to have decent and affordable healthcare. The argument is over the best way to do that. Obamacare ain't doing it. Neither will 'medicare for all'. Public plans have been epic failures. Either too expensive or too long a wait time for getting exams and treatments. The way, so far, that provides the best care at the lowest cost is free market. Most of the problems with our current system is due to government unnecessarily interfering in that free system. Not all of them, by any means. And I am not arguing for the status quo. No question it is broken. But stealing from the well-to-do to give healthcare to the poor is not practical, ethical, or moral. So a better solution should be found. I am hoping that Trump is working on one. I know for positive Biden's plans won't work.

Good thinking here Randy. Most of the problems with our current system is due to HOW government WORKS WITHIN that free system(unnecessarily interfering is a little strong). That is the hang up, there's no such thing as a "free lunch" & "stealing from the well-to-do to give healthcare to the poor" is not also not doable. No one in this country is denied healthcare because they can't afford it. The caregivers & the government have to deal with the $$$$. Free healthcare for is a big black hole for your money.
