if you flick your hand they will disappear faster than you can see.
Then a few minutes later right back, they are just curious.
The small ones are generally not poisonous,
the way to determine is to set the flesh outside and if flys land eat it.
You don't want to eat a poisonous one, I know a few that have and it's not fun.
Although never heard of anyone dying.

I have never heard of Barracuda being poisonous in the Pacific Ocean.
Caught many and eaten many.

I was referring to larger ones on the poison exposure..

You are right, too, it left almost instantly but still scared me...

I don’t eat any of them, too many others simply delish~~😉 prefer those sweet white meat fish, like wahoo, rainbow trout, black or yellow fin tuna, snapper, walleye etc..
