Once upon a time, under mayor Rudolf Giuliani, NYC was the most beautiful, successful and safest city in the world. Millions of tourists visited every year. Millionaires, and multi-billionaires flocked and invested with the greatest promise they had received in return.
Now, de Blasio, a trashy tormented radical brain democrat come over, and trashed the land and air . He brought along with him, drug dealers, addicts, and hundreds of thousands of violent people from all walks of life, and violent race, the city eventually was completely destroyed, ruined. Those violent people trashed the city, while de Blasio allowed them to enhance and protect "r****m", their capital for success.
Get rid of all these bastard trashy- radical democrats by the November 2020 e******n, so once and for all we could have peace and could start cleaning up our environment of their toxic air those radicals breath out. They all breath out stinky air, contrary to EPA standards.
With de Blasio in, NYC is beyond repair. He must furlough himself for life or retire.

Can he and his 495 staff members file for NY state unemployment benefits because they were " technically " layoff from work ? Under the COV 19 unemployment rules they can file and maybe receive the unemployment benefits

If that is a fact they are in real trouble. There is 20,000 empty apartment in NYC today. The downside is
all the creeps are moving to Texas and Florida where they will v**e the same way they did in NYC.
