Amending the constitution is a complex process and may never happen this way. There are 4 ways amending the constitution, and it certainly is a complex process. Unless Marxist government of Biden and Kamala takes over by force.
Until then, Kamala stated before that she wants to see people disarmed. If she does that, she is in violation of the constitution, unless amendment is done.
