Actually, everyone in attendance at that rally had a choice, to go or stay away. I assume no arms were twisted. I'm guessing the majority of attendees were adults. Everyone who was there made the decision to be there. I don't understand why it is Trump's fault. Let's get back to the time when people were responsible for their own actions and the consequences.
