He wasn't wearing a mask, or a shirt. He should be because he walked less than 6 feet away from the victim.
I mean victim in the sense that he was potentially exposed to the v***s.

Oh, I love sarcasm. I love it so much that many times people on our side have raked me over the coals, because I thought I was so clever, but they took me literally. I know how most of regulars post. Before I even read a post, I look at the author. That way if they are ambiguous or sarcastic, I know where they are coming from. In the same light, I assume that everyone on OPP knows my style and ideology. That is not the case. I really got my ass handed to me a few times by folks on the right.
