No matter what side of the argument you are on, there are certain facts that cannot be denied about the Obama administration.

With that being said, there is also a lot of controversy that has been stirred up.

For the purpose of ending the argument once and for all, for the purpose of ending gossip, that is years upon years old, and saying once and for all answering the question:

"Is Obama and his Administration, guilty of usurping the Constitution?"

A gentlemans wager is proposed. Here's my proposal.

In the interest of both freedom and justice, in defense of the Presidency, Congress, The Supreme Court, the M*****a and the People of the United States, and in defense of the Constitution, it is believed that the issues surrounding the Obama Administration need to be addressed.

In order to peaceably, and lawfully address these issues, we the people both, Liberal and Conservative, agree, that by process of law in the form of Impeachment that the Conservatives impeach President Obama and his administration through the House of Representatives.

That the Senate tries the president according to the Evidence Presented, and upon the findings of such proceedings both the Liberals and Conservatives will agree to these terms:

If the President, and/or his administration is found Guilty of any Constitutional provision, that they are immediately removed from their position, immeditately.

If the President, and/or his administration is found not Guilty or Innocent of any Constitutional provision, then we the people, will end all argument against the President and/or his administration until the end of his term in 2016.

The issues are:

Fast and Furious
Obamacare
Arizona SB 1070----Specifically a states right to defend itself
B******i
I*****l I*********n- Campaign Promises
Not enforcing a law, written by Congress:
a. The Defense of Marriage Act signed into law by George Bush
b. Thirty day notice to Congress for the release of enemy combatants during a time of war.
The IRS Scandal.
Immigration Part II- the influx of foreign Refugees labeled as Illegal or undocumented immigrants. (which is an issue of r****m for an i*****l i*******t is different from a refugee. For example the Haitian situation in the early 90s)

and any other issue that surfaces between 2008-the start of the impeachment proceedings.

The failures of this administration has created a hatred from conservatives and liberals that is dividing this country down to the core. Examples are written in the various topics of the subject in these forums.

Therefore, I propose this wager.

If Obama and/or the administration is lawfully, and faithfully, fulfilling their duties as outlined by the Constitution, then let them go free and no more word will be spoken on this issue. Agreed?

However, If Obama and/or the administration is unlawfully, and/or unfaithfully, and/or exercising their duties as outlined by the Constitution, and is therefore guilty of usurping the Government, then it is the will of the people, both Conservative and Liberal to remove Obama and/or the administration and replace them with people who will uphold, defend, lawfully and faithfully serve, the people and the Constitution of the United states.

Are we the people, willing to concede, that it will take an act of Congress, through a resolution of Impeachment and Trial to achieve the means to begin to repair the relationship of the Liberals and Conservatives? In other words, through the due process of law, we the people, declare to Congress, that Impeachment and Trial are necessary to inform the people, and discipline, and punish those who are purposely usurping the constitution and making a mockery of the Executive branch of the Government.

We, the people, need closure. This closure can only come from the findings of a court of law. This court involves the President and his Administration. By law the President and his administration will be protected by the Constitution, as we the people are protected by initiating this resolution.

So what say you Liberals and Conservatives? Do we have an accord? Will you write both your Democrat and your Republican/Tea Party elected Officials to make the House of Representatives solve once and for all and answer the question,

"Did Obama and/or his administration usurp the Constitution of the United states and commit other high crimes and misdemeanors?"

As the November midterms e******ns draws near, it is imperative that the American People speak as a whole. And if Obama is impeached, he will have an opportunity to defend himself protected in a court of law. If the M*****a were to handle this it would get bloody, but if Congress would handle this it would be peaceful, so America, what say you? Do we have an accord?

Nothing is mentioned about punishment, nor restitution. They should be tried, sentenced, and punished. Also, to the amount that they have left be forfeit all pay earned or retirement garnered while committing their crimes upon the American People.

In other words, they cannot keep nor gain any monetary value while the crime was being committed or during punishment. I'm sure there is all kinds of legalize to describe my intent, but basically, I want them to have nor gain anything from their criminal activity.

Absolutely, however this will never happen. Harry Reid and company will prevent any such trial! They know Obama is guilty just as they are! They have no wish for impeachment because they know all of the evidence will point to his guilt! Top republicans have no desire to impeach either. They realize that if they d**g Obama's dirty laundry out into the open, theirs will be brought out too! So life goes on in America with our elected representatives becoming more corrupt and more powerful and robbing the poor and middle class of their money. The little they have left!
I don't like to even think it possible but, the m*****a may be the only way to restore our country. I don't want bloodshed either. We do need to make sure all means of peaceful protest have been exhausted first before we resort to violence. I pray it never comes to that, yet it may be as I said the only way to bring America back!
The American people have shown great restraint thus far with Obama and Bush before. Our rights and liberties are being taken from us slowly but surely and there are many Americans not even aware of this! Once the majority awakens from their dreamland of sports and entertainment, perhaps then we will be able to restore our rights and liberties! Many are beginning to awake due to the border crisis. They are upset at the problems we have in our inner cities yet Obama wants to send nearly $4 billion to help the immigrants. Perhaps they are finally recognizing what many have known for years. Obama is a corporate g*******t whose intention was to take down America for a one world government!

You are right because I thought the removal of office would be enough but, this is to get him into court. The court has the responsibility to do the rest. However, if you want me to include that in part of the wager, I'll do it because it is reasonable.

I was going to edit your statement, because of space, but as I read it closer and closer I couldn't. You are RIGHT! None of us wants the m*****a to act, but if our representatives are not going to perform their first duty then it is the right of the m*****a to act on our behalf.

However, we the people, have not exhausted all other means yet that's why this cause takes so long.

We must convince our brothers and sisters, our neighbors that this quest to impeachment is intended to produce good fruit.

Win, lose, or draw, we really have nothing to lose, but everything to gain.

As far as the politics, Nixon was the Republicans black eye and Obama will be the Democrats black eye, and just like the Republicans got over it the Democrats will too.

We are a strong and tough people and we can put up with all kinds of sh3t, but there comes a time when you have to ask yourself, how many times does Obama and his administration mess up, that would make America react?

In the past, a man like Obama would have never been allowed to enter into the e******n let alone the presidency. So we the people must continue to push for impeachment. This is the only fair way, that Obama and his administration can be brought to justice. Any other way would be one sided and I fear it would incite a civil war. If there was an alternative, we should take it. Inaction is not an alternative.

So what you are saying is that the diplomatic acts of persuasion is failing. We can no longer convince the opposition and with that exhausted, we only have one option for recourse.....To bear arms against the tyranny. They fail to reach a peaceful solution and continue to attack, therefore, to stop the abuse and attacks, if it cannot be done through diplomatic means, taking up arms and ensuring the stoppage of abuse, through arms is the only option?

So you are saying that it will be a republican that will cause all of the problems! Am I right in my assumption? Does rep. means republican? It doesn't matter witch party! There is no difference between the two. The parties act as one now so you may be right. You have hit upon possibly the only issue that still differs the parties. Guns! Many republicans are turning against gun ownership and it is only a matter of time before the government comes after the guns.
There is one thing though democrats do not care about the people either. Look at what is happening at the border. They have all these children coming up from Central America wanting to get into the U.S. There are many that are being brought up by drug cartels and other not so honest people. Some are being forced into s***ery by doing different acts of perversion on the way. If they refuse they are being murdered for not cooperating. If dems. really cared anything for these people and were not merely worried about h*****g on to power, they would put out a news alert to stop this from happening. Neither party cares about the people anymore and only say things you want to hear to keep their gravy train going!
