A whole week? What took you so long?

By the by, I would probably sell my children and grandchildren into s***ery for a Klondike Bar-or simply go pay the ice cream man for a Klondike bar-haven't seen them around for awhile. But they were yummy-better than the stuff you get these days. Kind of like comparing Popsicles of old-the 40's and 50's to the watered down much smaller and more pricey version you get now.

So make your own pop cycles. You can make 'em from frozen juices, Kool aid, or even fresh fruit. If you live up north, you can make snow cycles by pouring juice into the (hopefully) clean snow. And they're cheaper to make yourself and if you have children, it would be fun to do it with them. You can even buy the molds at Walmart, Target or order them on-line. And if your waist-line is an issue, get the low-cal mixtures.

I know that-we used to make our own popsicles when I was a kid, too, but they were not as big or as good, for some reason. I mention it because things just seem to be not as flavorful as in those years. May be my imagination, though. I think Tupperware had some popsicle forms at one time-probably long before you were born.

So Google'pop cycle molds, Or even go on Amazon. You'll find dozens. some even come with recipes including orange dreamcycles. The vast majority are re-useable, and cost anywhere from $9.oo to
$20.oo or so.

I still love them!

Not that I can recall, but then again, I eat very little ice cream because I'm lactose intolerant.

What would yo do for a Hagen-daas raspberry truffle ice cream? Or one of their chocolate covered toffee bars. If I weren't on a diet, I might rob a bank. They have some mighty fine flavors and leave even Blue Bell ice cream in the dust. Even their plain old coffee flavor is awesome. And their strawberry is awesome.

I never heard of those flavors or Blue Bell ice cream, either.

They're actually really good when you have the ice cream munchies, though I'm sure they're not available in the giant Pelosi FreezerĀ®.

Isn't "What would you do for a Klondike Bar?" their ad slogan?
