I didn't forget, I wanted to remind you that not all Republicans are "holier than thou". Some, like trump have few morals. That would be 2 Republicans & 1 Democrat. Just so you know, I didn't mention Johnson because it was so long ago & the parties views are different.

The trend is that demonrats don’t like to lose! Correct me if I’m wrong was Clinton republican? Also was Nixon charged with spying on the other team? Did ovomit get away with same? Hypocrites!

Kinda hard to answer you but I'll try. First, nobody like to lose. Second, Clinton was Democrat. Nixon resigned because upon release of the Watergate tapes, he knew he would not only be impeached but he would have been convicted in the Senate. That was during a time Congress took their jobs more seriously than to disregard facts because of party affiliation, like today, & the Supreme Court held even presidents had to obey the rule of law. I didn't list Andrew Johnson because it was so long ago. Johnson was a Democrat, but the parties have changed significantly since then. Since you asked, the articles of impeachment against Nixon were for obstruction of justice, abuse of p**********l power (among other things using national security as a cover for a series of wiretaps), and contempt of Congress (defiance of 8 judicial subpoenas).
