Joe Biden has already stated that he will appoint Beto O’Rourke to execute gun seizures that O’Rourke has already advocated. Kamala Harris promised that were she elected president, she would issue an executive order for mandatory gun seizure and payback if Congress failed to enact suitable legislation.

If Biden is elected, you can be sure that by January 31, 2021 gun seizure will be in full force. This will mean a full scale confrontation over the Second Amendment. The question that will have to be addressed will be at what point does armed resistance to government overreach become justifiable.

Everyone should start thinking about this.

L*****t anti-2nd amendment policies such as Clinton's AWB defined AR15s as "assault weapons" and that definition was based on cosmetics - black military lookalike - pistol grip - detachable mag - bayonet lug - but not on function.

A semi-auto firearm IS NOT an assault weapon.

Moreover, semi-auto AR15s do not qualify for registration under the National Firearms Act.

From the ATF website - The following weapons are regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA):

A shotgun having a barrel or barrels of less than 18 inches in length;
A weapon made from a shotgun if such weapon as modified has an overall length of less than 26 inches or a barrel or barrels of less than 18 inches in length;
A rifle having a barrel or barrels of less than 16 inches in length;
A weapon made from a rifle if such weapon as modified has an overall length of less than 26 inches or a barrel or barrels of less than 16 inches in length;
Any other weapon, as defined in subsection (e);
A machinegun;
Any silencer (as defined in section 921 of title 18, United States Code); and
A destructive device.

So, if Biden is so damned ignorant of our nation's laws, he can shove his buy backs and his registration/confiscation policy up his rotten dying ass, he's gonna have to get another weapons ban through congress.

Registration is very different than confiscation, you register a car or motorcycle and keep and use it, this is far from the government confiscating your car. Don’t you understand the difference?

Tell that to the people who had their businesses and residences torched by A****a and B*M. And tell it to the people who are being menaced by those mobs as they bang on their cars.

Do you know how Admendments work , first 2/3 of the states have to pass the Admendment before it could become a new Admendment, perhaps you should go back to school. I do not believe that 2/3 of the states could ever pass this. Do we need some kind of gun action yes do we need Ak47, do we need a way to make semi auto guns fully auto no. but that is about it.

In case you hadn't noticed, the issue of secession was NEVER settled in the courts. Nor would I want to have a shirt with a picture of Donald J. Trump or the Confederate f**g on it to be disgraced by being worn by you. But once again, you avoided the point. You and your fellow progressives are good at that.

Try this one on for size. Go to one of those A****a or B*M demonstrations by those criminals and try to drive through the street they're occupying. And when they start beating on your car, just ask them to stop.
