5?!?, I think there were a lot more than 5. An executive order is by definition a decree that goes around congress. Acting on it is complicity, not unconstitutional.

The difference is Obama is a constitutional lawyer, Trump is an i***t. Mitch refused to bring any of his bills to the floor, as he did with the scotus appointment.

No, Obama was a lecturer. Big difference. What scholarly pieces about the "Lining" Constitution has he written?

UC Law School statement: The Law School has received many media requests about Barack Obama, especially about his status as "Senior Lecturer." From 1992 until his e******n to the U.S. Senate in 2004, Barack Obama served as a professor in the Law School. He was a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996. He was a Senior Lecturer from 1996 to 2004, during which time he taught three courses per year. Senior Lecturers are considered to be members of the Law School faculty and are regarded as professors, although not full-time or tenure-track. The title of Senior Lecturer is distinct from the title of Lecturer, which signifies adjunct status. Like Obama, each of the Law School’s Senior Lecturers have high-demand careers in politics or public service, which prevent full-time teaching. Several times during his 12 years as a professor in the Law School, Obama was invited to join the faculty in a full-time tenure-track position, but he declined.

Judge Roberts and the left said Trump couldn't over-rule Obama's unconstitutional EO on the ACA. So, Trump went hum, cool, I'll write a few more EO's that can't be overturned by a Dem later (due to legal precedence) to protect American citizens. A stable genius at work. Always working for the people.

I love the guy even more as time goes by. No wars, no Americans sacrificed for the CBs or NWO. But he rolled up ISIS in record time. Played China like a violin and NK like a fiddle. Gutted Big Pharma like a fish, got money to the people when Pelosi and Schummer tried to block it.

And everyone is nit-picking every word and every move. And he keeps plugging along and winning. All of his so called friends are sitting in their easy chairs criticizing the man in the ring actually taking the blows for them and hitting back twice as hard. I adore this president more than words can say. A man I can really respect! I find no fault with him at all. No one is perfect but he's pretty darn close.

Everyone wants arrest. I get it. But what do you do first, so many things need correcting. As a real man, he put children and women first. Arrests come second. Lesser men don't get that. They want to get in the lifeboats first and even dress up like women to do so.

But he wasn't a lecturer at UCLA. Now, answer the second part of the question. What bscholarly articles has he written? We know he believes the Constitution is a Living document and he doesn't understand the original meaning and intent of the founders.

POLITICS & GOVERNMENT
Publishing the Presidents
President Obama made news for being the first President to publish a scholarly article while in office. Many past Presidents can be found in JSTOR.

He publishes an opinion, that has never been used as a citation in establishing any legal precedent. He is not even qualified to sweep floors in the SCOTUS.

When you are in a hole, stop digging. Trump can’t even speak a coherent sentence.

What does this have to do with Trump?

That's what the left does. When they can't refute they resort to equivocation and changing the subject.

You support an i***t like Trump and have the nerve to question a scholar like Obama.

Biden is gaff prone, Trump is in a class by himself. He is dumb, but thinks he is smart, he lies almost every time he speaks, he knows maybe a hundred words, misspells most of them.
