Something certainly happened!! Our generation and even my son’s generation, grew up with respect and responsibilities! There were consequences for bad behavior! My husband calls this generation the ME generation! I have no doubt that that there’s a lot of t***h in your statement! Along with that statement is the problem of not having a Mom and a Dad raising them! So many men, sometimes women, disappear after the divorce!

It is the "me" generation! Parents now are worried about being their child's "friend" instead of the person who prepares them for how rough life can be.
