Even I get depressed at times, but never for long. These are the most exciting days of my life. If nothing else happens, we're always closer to going home, seeing our loved ones again, and Jesus, face to face.
No downside, that I can see, at all. I like the no more wars, sorrows, or tears part too! How do those songs go? Don't worry, be happy, and If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands!
Nothing hurts and everything works again. No glasses, 20-20 vision, plus a custom-built mansion. It really will be a paradise. The only thing I used to wonder about was critters.
I can't prove it, but I think they'll be around. Even Adam and Eve were required to tend to Eden, so some physical work may be required. But mostly worship, joy, and getting along.
I just hope I can sing a lot better, walk on water, swim, and run and not grow weary. Lots of things to learn and people to meet.
We still won't know everything. But a lot of mysteries will be cleared up. I can hardly wait for it all to begin myself. We probably all will learn Hebrew or know what each one is saying. Eternity is a long time. Some things will take time or we'd all become bored. Trust God and obey seem to be the solution to most problems here and in the hereafter.
