You are only looking at dementia. I'm looking at other conditions that could cause rapid speech issues. It may more likely was a stroke. You are stuck on dementia. The democrats have already 600 lawyers ready to fight and challenge what may be the results. They are desperate wh**ever it takes; they won't respect the decisions of the people.
