There is NO quality intelligence showing that Russia put bounties on US soldiers. Russia and Putin both wanted Hillary to win, at least according to quality intelligence information. The reasons stated were because she was more easily manipulated and she was already paid for. Those are the facts, of course you won't hear any of this on the MSM/democratic propaganda machine. A little searching for "real" news will bring this out really easily.

If the Biden/VP Candidate win the e******n, and Biden for wh**ever reason isn't sworn-in as Pres on Jan 20, 2021, the VP Candidate will be sworn-in as VP, and then will immediately be sworn-in as Pres... The new Pres will then nominate & the House & Senate will confirm a VP Candidate... It's all laid-out in the Constitution Article 2 Section 1 & the 25th Amendment...
