Judge orders Kim Gardner to give communications with Soros, politicians, & lobbyists about Greitens

John Solomon, the Editor-in-Chief of Just The News submitted an open records request with St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner in 2019. Gardner refused to make public her texts, emails, & communications with George Soros & associates, Missouri politicians including State Reps. Democrat Stacey Newman and Republican Jay Barnes, and lobbyists for the Missouri Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) industry, an industry that lost millions after Greitens cancelled the corrupt tax credit program.
This week, a St. Louis judge ordered that Gardner hand over her communications relating to her decision to charge Missouri Governor Eric Greitens, a case she later dropped because of lack of evidence. Gardner is under active criminal investigation for criminal activity in the case against Greitens. Gardner said she plans to appeal the order to keep the communications secret.
