I've mentioned before a lot of my clients are in the health care industry. I have talked to a neurologist, Director of nursing, VA doctor and two M.D.'s about this. All agree it's happening except the neurologist who no longer practices and is very liberal. The V.A. doctor says he has seen it happen. Problem is, if the patient was C****-** positive you cannot prove that C***d was not an underlying factor in the patients death. Also; follow the money. There is a Federal reimbursement to States for expenses involving C***d.
