You are absolutely right but for the wrong reason, It is a hucksters side show act, Congress would have to agree and they won’t. Keep your eye on the ball, he wants to distract us from two things which is why he spews this nonsense to his cult members. The first is that his bumbled and grossly negligent mishandling of the Trump plague is k*****g as many Americans as if three jumbo jets full of passengers crashed every day. The second is that this quarters GDP numbers just came out and they show Trumps economy is the worst since they began keeping records during World War Two a decrease in GDP this quarter of 32.9% He may resign for “health reasons” to avoid the humiliation of the drumming he is going to get in November.

Plus, it might be the best way to effect a quick turnaround to all the r**ting and lawlessness in the democrat-run cities ... and we would probably see all of the lockdowns be lifted magically overnight ... if they thought that would prevent Trump from getting a delay ....

Pay attention, this line of inquiry is not idle speculation or a brain fart... Pompeo gave it a different credibility pertaining to it having been a topic of discussion, what he said is that the DOJ will be the ones to decide if the e******n is delayed.

That statement shows it has been more than entertained as a whim, it is being studied by the white house in terms of plausible viability...which by the way they are dead wrong on, according to the constitution it takes congress to change the e******n day...that would be Pelosi, not Barr or the DOJ or even the supreme court.
