No ones defending police but we are going to make some reforms when one cop murders someone and 6 cops cover for him they all need to go to prision.
Republicans want to study the problum ,or do nothing.
Democrats have offered legislation that would help address the problum but naturally Mitch won't v**e on it. He cannot take the chance some republicans might join with democrats and get something done.
