Obama gun violence Mexico. Amnesiac Barack Obama told the Mexican people today that the United States is partly to blame for Mexico's drug violence because of illegal drugs and gun smuggling. However, he did not mention the gun smuggling undertaken by his own administration under the Department of Justice's (DOJ) Operation Fast and Furious.

Speaking to Mexican university students, Obama pointed a finger at his own country, as Reuters reported:

Drug-fueled violence in Mexico is not entirely the fault of the Mexican people, he said. Instead, the United States shares the blame because much of the violence is centered around the Americans' demand for illegal drugs and the fact that guns are smuggled into Mexico from the United States By his own administration

AMERICA IS NOT PARTLY TO BLAME FOR MEXICO'S VIOLENCE, but the Obama Administration certainly is, and that is a provable fact. Those who give guns to drug dealers in Mexico (Obama) should KNOW they will be used for no good.

Everyone with a couple of brain cells KNOWS this - unfortunately, Obama seems to have left his brain cells (both of them) at home.

Additionally I just read that he told the Mexicans he wouldn't have been elected were it not for the Mexican v**e - which explains why Mexicans must receive amnesty - so that they can keep Democrats in office in their new country. He DID promise t***sparency. We have to pay attention to realize just how t***sparent he is, but his entire gang is t***sparently evil and totally un-American, no matter where they were born.

Has it ever occurred to him that were drugs LEGAL here AND if his Administration had not given the cartels guns, his comment would have had no t***h in it whatsoever. IOW, his Administration has had the capability to have put a stop to the Mexican drug cartel's violence ever since he was elected - and not once has the issue been raised in DC.

Not only is Obie a consummate liar, a narcissist, and a fool - he is also one of the most prolific hypocrites that exists. Thank you, Democrats, for saddling our country with this gang of thieves and cutthroats in the Obama Administration. We WILL REMEMBER WHO GOT US TO THIS POINT. What passes for our government, and specifically this Administration got us to this point by trying to dictate every move we make. Our government has made its own filthy bed - don't ask that we citizens must lie in it - it isn't the citizens who are filthy - it is our government who is filthy. And it is filthy BIG TIME, and dozens within it deserve prison time.

My answer to your question: I have ALWAYS BEEN AGAINST LEGALIZING DRUGS BECAUSE I DISAGREE WITH PEOPLE USING THEM. However, I have changed my stance for several reasons: 1) MJ, for one, I believe has been proven to be no more dangerous than tobacco. If tobacco and alcohol are not illegal, I see no reason to criminalize MJ. Additionally, laws that are passed to alter behavior notoriously have a history of not working - the War on Drugs certainly hasn't. 2) If they were legal and could be purchased OTC and at reasonable prices, the street drug vendors would be out of business. So would drug cartels be out of business. Additionally, people in the US could grow it legally and help our economy instead of the countries we smuggle from. Prices would be lower, crime would drop like a rock, and we would readily be able to identify those who use drugs. I don't believe for a second that drug use would INTENSIFY as it seems every other young person is already on them. Imagine how empty the jails would be. 3)My PRIMARY REASON for changing my thinking re legalization of drugs is my somewhat recent familiarization with what I see as individual liberties. If a person wants to do drugs, I say let him do it legally. If he injures someone while under the influence, we already have laws for that dealing with that and meting out punishment. There comes a time when the government simply is butting in for no logical or good purpose, and I have come to think this is a bonanza for politicians that does NOTHING for the safety or health of our nation or our people. What if the government tomorrow arbitrarily declared coffee illegal? Their rationale would be every bit as lousy as is their rationale for making certain drugs illegal while allowing alcohol - but then, that has historically been politicians' drug of choice, hasn't it? War against alcohol failed. War against drugs failed. Why do we continue repeating that which always fails?

This is all part of the promised amnesty that has increased the flow of people from Central America. They want to see that amnesty that is aimed at getting Demoncraps v**es and will be willing to give them to them. He talks like this to Mexicans in hopes he can get another million or so of them to illegally cross our border. It is all a part of the left's desire to increase diversity in our makeup.
