Holder vs. Brownback

The Governor of Kansas. Sam Brownback has said that he intends to enforce a law passed by the State Legislature and signed into law by him. Eric Holder has said that Kansas can not do that because of Article VI, Section 2 which is known as the Supremacy Clause. What he is doing is trying to attach the Supremacy Clause to the Commerce Clause along with the Commerce Clause. He hasn't attempted to play this trick on other western states that have passed similar laws several years ago, and he may find the Kansas Attorney General a tough nut to crack.

Maybe this little bit can explain this one a bit better for some. At any rate i think Holder took on the wrong people. A number of other states have declared gun control law unconstitutional and as long as we still have a Constitution and the 10th Amendment is still in it. Does anybody agree with me that Holder and Obama are trying to overcome the 10th Amendment with this threat and probably court suit?
