This is a question that I have not seen any information on through-out all these r**ts! Someone must pay for all the destruction, I can't believe that the insurers will stand for this type of loss to their industry! Do most business policies have clauses that would exempt them from liability in these type of losses?
Trump has already told MN that they will NOT receive Federal funds for their losses! You know the Democratic states and cities will try anyway they can to bow out of responsibility! I think Trump will do all he can to NOT bow to these requests, as he should!
Do these Democrat mayors and Governors not think they bare any responsibility to their constituents for these losses? These questions NEED to be ask and SOON! Perhaps it might do a small part to quell some of the violent property destruction!

Democraps are so used to throwing other people's money at problems they probably don't even realize that insurance rates will go up.

If a company will even bother to insure inner city structures.

They can sue the mayors and governors. That should be the first step. It all happened under their watch and they did nothing.

I am not 100% right but think 'r**t and civil commotion' are excluded from coverage.

AND...they could care less...I am quite sure that they think the taxpayers will pick up the tab! WHEN that starts to happen, perhaps it will be time for a tax revolt???

Every insurance policy written excludes vandalism. The cities will have to pay for the damages. Where will they get their money from? Easy Answer: The taxpayers!

Trump and I could be wrong, but my batting average is pretty good, will begin his infrastructure program soon. From coast to coast people will be working. Along with all the surrounding jobs they bring. With that the economy will boom. We're opening up no matter what the afraid want.
The burned out properties will first be condemned by the corrupt cities bureaucrats,
Than the l*****ts lawfare lawyers will put minor maintenance fees(water, gas meter removal, debris removal etc.)
and tax leans against the properties.
Next the properties and paperwork will be sent to a friendly local l*****t tax auction attorney.
The final leg of the fraud involves selling the properties to l*****t cronies at invitation only auctions
where the property is sold for penny's on the dollar.
The dirt will than be resold by city cronies for top dollar and the new owner will be made to agree to the city's terms in the form of inflated revitalization costs, bribery and union contracts...This is how the demo's roll
