This country is going bananas.
All of the w****s should move out of Asheville now. We simply don't owe black people a dime for what happened 200 years ago.
But we would be glad to ship all willing b****s back to Africa on a one way trip. Just exchange your citizenship for your ticket.
And think of the advantages you will have in Africa. If you did anything with all of the advantages you had having been born in America, you should really do well over there with all of those people living under conditions worse then the worst ghettos in America, You will be really well off there.

City council members in Asheville, North Carolina, unanimously approved a resolution Tuesday that paves the way for r********ns to the city’s Black residents, local news outlets reported.

The resolution apologized for Asheville’s past involvement with s***ery and the systemic discrimination that developed out of the practice. It called on leaders at the local, state and federal level to right past wrongs as well.

Details will be hashed out over the coming year.

The city will form a community r********ns commission to make “short, medium and long-term recommendations” to address “the damage caused by public and private s******c R****m.”

City management were also tasked with developing “short, medium and long-term recommendations to specifically address the creation of generational wealth and to boost economic mobility and opportunity” for Black residents.

The resolution acknowledged systemic problems facing the Black community, including r****t housing policies, discriminatory education practices and wage and economic disparities, among other issues.

Anti-r****m protesters staged large demonstrations in Asheville ― as in many places around the country ― after the police k*****g of G****e F***d, a Black man in Minnesota. Activists were able to successfully use the momentum to push the resolution forward.

“It is simply not enough to remove statues. Black people in this country are dealing with issues that are systemic in nature,” said Asheville Council member Keith Young, one of two Black representatives on the council and the main proponent of the resolution, according to the Asheville Citizen Times.

Council member Sheneika Smith, the other Black representative, received emails asking why residents should pay for what happened during s***ery, she told the Citizen Times. At least one other caller said the resolution was “d******e” during the Tuesday night council meeting.

“[S***ery] is this institution that serves as the starting point for the building of the strong economic floor for white America while attempting to keep B****s subordinate forever to its progress,” Smith said.

Activists pushing for r********ns at the national level face a steep uphill climb, but they have had more success at the local and state level.

The state of North Carolina in 2013 set aside $10 million to make direct monetary payments to Black people ― mostly women and girls ― forcibly sterilized as part of a Depression-era eugenics program. The fund was later opened up to surviving family members.

I saw Sheila Jackson Lee say she has put forth a bill in Congress for 6.2 trillion dollars for r********ns.
I almost went through the roof.
They're 13 per cent of the population.
They could have it worse. If their ancestors hadn't sold them to our ancestors, they'd still be in huts or jungles.

In the first place, how are they going to prove they were ever related to a s***e? When did their ancestors come and where did they go when they got here? Second place, haven't we already paid enough r********n in welfare?
And, what about w****s who were s***es? Oh, forgot.....w****s don't matter.

I've thought the same thing.
Then there are our ancestors that came as indentured servants and were trapped working for years before they could start a life.
Nobody's complaining about that.

I'm not a betting man, but if I were, I'd put up $1000 at 5 to 1 odds that Asheville will ultimately want the state or feds to cover wh**ever money they decide is due.

All they are due is a one way ticket home in exchange for their citizenship.

If any r********ns are due, it's from the democrat party for what they did to black citizens over the last 5 decades.

Remember the 50 thousand for black farmers.
One guy in an apartment had a pot of flowers in the window.
He called himself a farmer and got the money.
I guess he thanked Obama.

Just curious, is there any provision to pay underprivileged white women and girls? If not, this is just another r****t program, likely created or supported by black l***s m****r (except in a******n clinics, Chicago, Detroit, St Louis, and any other dunbocratic ran large city.
