This is what being a smartass can get you!!

Just a warning!

I work all of the time, and rarely pay attention to the daily goings on around the house, but being on vacation this week, I voiced a simple observation that got me kicked to the curb, and nobody will have me now.

I just happened to notice that Mrs. Bunker was using bottled water to water houseplants. I counted the number of bottles used, and with a bit of simple math came to the conclusion that we're spending about 20 bucks a month to water house plants.
We have a deep well with good water, and 6 functioning water faucets inside the house. This made no sense to me, so I mentioned it.

Where I went wrong was asking her if she thought that 20 bucks would do more good if it were donated to a noble organization like B*M.

Yep, I said that, and she threw me out.

Lesson learned, and it's hot in the barn.

Anybody have a room I can rent?

You have my empathy, Archie. I don’t even give my dog bottled water. It’s not the $20, it’s the mess in the ocean and at the city dump.
