Georgie Boy did NOT, repeat, did NOT die from any injury to his neck nor strangulation. He died from all the drugs in his system. 10-4?

The technique restrains the suspect long enough to safely apply handcuffs or the zip ties. Once the restraints are in place the hold should be released.
The problems with the G****e F***d case were all the drugs in his system, his underlying medical issues and the officer did not release the hold as soon as he was restrained.

The most effective method........................is the Taser.........................which has the added benefit of not requiring the officer to get into a wrestling match with the suspect. Of course, trying to tase someone AFTER getting into a fight, might result in the suspect snatching the Taser......................requiring multiple officers to fire multiple rounds with their service weapons.
