I predict that if Biden wins he will never assume the office, and if he is sworn in he will be out within a very short period of time. Either seceded by the VP because of mental incompetence or impeached over Burisma/Ukraine.

Since you are inclined to play the "IF" game and speculate about possibilities, "IF" Biden wins the e******n, C***d will no longer have any barriers to break. There won't be anybody left capable of stopping it, and, even if there were, they won't have the funds to do it.
