That uranium never left the Untied States. A Russian firm had bought a nuclear power generating plant here in the good old USA. Why anybody ever sold a US electric generation plant to a Russian firm is beyond me, but the Uranium was used to refuel it.

The Founders were in r*******n against God, according to the established church. The British used to get rid of their heretics by sending them to the colonies so we had lots of churches that did not preach that the King was appointed by God. In France, and later in Russia, where established churches preached that Kings and Czars were appointed by God, the revolutionaries tried to destroy the churches and all their preachers. Here in America, thanks to the first amendment, we can worship any god we please, or none at all, but I can't force you to worship Thor and you are not free to force me to worship your phantom in the sky.

Jesus rose from the dead proving that He and His Father are True and Living. And since the law, was written by God, God fulfilled the law such that man, filled with the Holy Spirit is master of the law, for the law is our Covenant with God. And God, with the power of the Holy Spirit inscribes his Covenant in those who believe in Him. Therefore if Jews and Christians can live in peace together, then why can't men of color!
Through God, and in my opinion Saint Dr. Martin Luther King, was called to save both the white man and the black man.

Therefore the only way Law and Order can be restored is through the belief in God! For man, if left to his own devices will destroy himself, but through the Holy Spirit, man becomes an instrument of his peace. That instrument brings law and order such that e******y, freedom and justice, can be heard, experienced, and thrive.

From God comes freedom. Through freedom comes justice, and in justice e******y is found.
