Complaint:

1. For Slander against
a.) the President of the United States, (not the office of President, but citizen Donald Trump and his family).
b.) Trump Supporters and their families.
c.) Many former Trump administration employees, to include Paul Manifort, Oliver Stone, and General Flynn.
2. For reporting classified content leading to damage to the President of the United States, elected officials to include members of the Senate and House, as well as Supreme Court Justices and members of the Military from the Intelligence department to the foot soldier, thus inflicting damage on the American People.
3. For Hypocritical statements made during the p******c. As an example, "You can protest, but you can't go to church". "You can go to a Strip Joint or Go-Go bar, but you can't worship your God"

Four years ago, Donald T***p w*n the e******n over Hillary Clinton. The American people spoke, and the American people elected Donald J. Trump as their President. Donald Trump had 15 minutes of peace, before the media companies began attacking him. With the work of Sean Hannity and others at Fox News, a three year investigation of both Fox News and other independent News organizations which exposed the lies that News anchors and reporters from ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, the New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal, were reporting.

From sexual scandal, to Russian Collusion, to Ukrainian scandal, to c****-** p******c. One recent example is that the media demanded that everyone wear a mask, social distancing, and such. The Media cried "Fire" in a crowded theater.

The Media which is defined as those from the American Broadcasting Company, the Network Broadcasting Company, the Columbia Broadcasting System, Cable News Network, The New York Times, and The Wall-street Journal. The Media organisations through their reporting and reporters as well as television hosts and anchors have purposely, willingly, and maliciously, spread rumors, innuendo, and flat out lies about the president, his campaign, his administration and his family, causing them damage in their personal lives. Those affected include, but are not limited to, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Paul Manifort, Oliver Stone, General Michael Flynn, as well as many others including children.

After a two and a-half year investigation, Robert Mueller did not find evidence that the President colluded with Russia. The Media, claimed as a foregone-conclusion that the president colluded with Russia.

After an improper House investigation, and a Senate investigation, President Trump was acquitted of all charges of impeachment.

After blocking travel from China to the United States, the media claimed that the c****-** v***s was just like the flu, and that the president was xenophobic.

Then G****e F***d was brutally tortured and k**led in Minnesota. The family called for justice not violent protest. But the Media, called for violent protest by exploiting G****e F***d's death with r****m. They exploited the death of G****e F***d to such a degree that a former Police Chief from St. Louis, a nineteen year old in Seattle, and some in New York, were k**led. The death of these people are a direct result of media reporting of r****m that is close to nonexistent. Institutional r****m is nonexistent because the public is viciously against such r****m. No American in their right mind would engage in such acts. R****m in America has been dead since the fall of the Berlin Wall, in Germany in 1989.

For what the media did, with in their actions on social media outlets as well as traditional broadcasting, they systematically cause division with in the family of Americans.

Apparently, as an American, you can violently protest, but you cannot go to church and worship your God. How despicable!

The Supreme Court already ruled that the first amendment right does not apply when a person incites a r**t. Many of the actions of the media have incited r**ts during the "summer of love". Well media outlets, where is your outrage when the 19 year old in Seattle was shot and bleeding out, with emergency crews trying to get to him, and the crowd would not let them through? Where was the reporting?

The media amplified anger against law and order and the police. Now, on this point, I am against factions, whether or not they are in law enforcement. However, in a civilized society, in a free society, we need law and order. But the Media is spreading lies and propaganda against the police. Tell me, what will you do, if you are on the highway, freeway, or interstate and you get into an accident. You call 911 for assistance and the 911 operator says, "I'm sorry but there is no one available to render you aide". What will you do then? There is a reason for law and order.

No longer is the threat of civil war being pitched, it is already here. It is here because it is the law-a-biding citizen, against the Marxist ideas of the Left. Liberals are caring people, yet they are naive. However, the progressives, socialists, Marxists, are the driving force behind the party of Jefferson, the Democrats.

As a result of these reckless activities of the progressives, socialists, and Marxists, the nation is on a collision course that people will actually die needlessly. Until these Media outlets serve jail time for their reckless behavior, Justice for G****e F***d, and others, shall never be accomplished.

The Civil War was fought not over s***es, but over power and money. Well, as Thomas Jefferson wrote, we all have "inalienable rights that are endowed by our Creator", that means it is a God-given right! Therefore, we should reclaim our power from the Marxists, socialists, and progressives or even c*******ts, and show them that the power granted to us, by the Creator shall not be taken from us.

Many years ago, I predicted a civil war. But now war is upon us. It is time for Americans, Both Conservatives and Liberals, to stand up against the Progressives, Marxists, and Socialists. There was a term for this group, its called C*******ts. These people do not understand, that in this country there is no control, we control ourselves. And since we control ourselves, no one can control us. Under this freedom that the founding fathers passed down to us for generations, we have acquired prosperity for we police ourselves. This independence of control holds a great responsibility. And since the American Citizen is very complex, we trust each other with honesty and t***h.

But when a faction lies constantly to the people, it is the right of the people to take back the power they gave to the faction and destroy the faction. For that faction became too powerful for their own good. Among the faction that is threatening our freedom is the faction of the Media and the Democrat party. Simply put the Democrat party became too powerful, that it imploded. For the party once supported law enforcement, where as now it wants to dismantle it. The party once supported monuments to Jefferson, Jackson, and other founding fathers which they and the media support tearing them down.

Let it be known, that George Washington was married to Martha Lee Washington. Martha was the mother of Robert E. Lee. Robert E. Lee was the grandson of George Washington. Not only was Robert E. Lee a General trained at West Point and head of his class, before the Civil War, he was the head General of the United States Army. Robert E. Lee, left the Army to lead the Virginia regulars when war broke out, because his loyalty was for his home, Virginia. He rose in the ranks of the Regulars and became the General of the Confederate Army. Robert E. Lee is still a veteran. Robert E. Lee should be justly remembered. Not as a r****t, but as a great general of Americans. For he was both. His property was donated after the war, to the government of the United States, and is now Arlington National Cemetery.

Yes, S***ery put a stain on Americans. No man should be a s***e to any other man. No man should bow down to any man. All men are equal. Man should only bow to God, the Creator of Heaven and Earth. With that being said, social rules have changed through the Ages. Lets face it, if you are a student of history, know that the outrage of s***ery rests solely on king Nimrod. Who spread the disease of s***ery to Egypt who allowed Joseph to be sold as a s***e to them. The Jews were ens***ed in ancient days. All ancient cultures had s***es. The disease continued to invent the phrase, "to the victor belongs the spoils".

Therefore, if you have a problem with s***ery then you have a problem with the past of humanity. However, humans have learned that s***ery was wrong. Matter of fact, Jefferson, Adams, and Ben Franklin, went to the Sultan of Tripoli and asked why they attack Americans unprovoked. The sultan responded that "Allah gives to us, those who do not believe in him, to do with them as we please." Our founding fathers sought to save Americans from the fate of these Muslims. In fact the name of many of the Slavic republics were named from the condition of S***es that were captured by these sultans.

We in America, made great strides to free the s***es. Lincoln freed the s***es here in America, and the sins of the fathers cannot be applied to the Sons, for the sons changed it and freed the s***es. But this history must be taught otherwise we will repeat it again. The reconciliation for the sins of s***ery were already paid for. The blood of all the patriots of Gettysburg was the first price of this grievous sin. Then it was paid for again during the Civil Rights movement almost 100 years later. How many times must a people pay for the sins of their fathers? Reconciliation for s***ery has already been paid.

Lincoln and the men and women who died at Gettysburg, John and Robert Kennedy, and Dr. Martin Luther King, all paid with their lives to destroy this sin of Man. But the fruits of their labor was not realized until in 1989, when the Berlin Wall fell, that the last sign of s***ery in the West was finally destroyed. But the jealousy of Marxists and the jealousy of Socialists, and the jealousy of the c*******ts and progressives has not stopped.

To the young: look around you. Do you want someone else to tell you and order you how to live? I h**e wearing the mask. I h**e not shaking hands for shaking hands is a symbol of peace. They the c*******ts do not want peace, for in war they can control you. Do you think that Joe Biden is going to have the fortitude to stand up against the c*******ts?

In theory the progressive view, the socialist view, the c*******t/Marxist view may seem good. It seems like the rest of the world has turned to some form of socialism. But the grass is always greener on the other-side. Between Moses and Samuel, Israel was a free nation. Therefore, when the rest of the world had kings, Israel wanted to be like their neighbors so Samuel left Israel a warning.

I will leave you with this warning from Samuel:

He said, “These will be the ways of the king who will reign over you: he will take your sons and appoint them to his char**ts and to be his horsemen and to run before his char**ts. America do not be foolish like Israel. Listen to the Lord Our God, we do not need to be socialist.

I went to church tonight for the vigil mass, I am Catholic. The mass was dedicated, as was the mass last week, for the president of the United States and for the people of the United States. My priest, Father Stein read a beautiful and powerful sermon, that inspired me to write the above piece.

Lee resigned his commission in the US Army and retired to his home state of Virginia. At that time in our history they took the ninth and tenth amendments seriously. Powers not expressly given to the federal government nor prohibited to the states, were reserved to the states and the people. In 1860, secession was not illegal. The Southern states declared their intent to withdraw from the Union, as was their right believed by states in both the North and the South. A legal pathway to secession still has not been determined. That is one thing the constitution of the former Soviet Union to the United States Constitution. It provided a way for a member state to secede. There was no way the c*******t dictators would ever allow it to occur. Lee was also a key player in the reconciliation and reconstruction after the war. He was a brilliant commander and his tactics are still taught to this day in West Point.

It's amazing how often the left demands t***h, then resort to name calling and insults when it is presented to them. I did not say he retired from the army, he resigned his commission. There is a difference. You may not have as good an education as you think you do. When I said he retired to his home in Virginia, it mean he return to his home in Virginia to take up a civilian life. It was later, after secession, when the state of Virginia asked him to lead their army. Remember at that time the state m*****as were the primary military force in this country and it was normal for loyalty to your state take precedence over loyalty to the federal government. Please try to read some history. I'd recommend a good library where you can find older books, preferably textbooks, written closer to that time. Say some published around 1900. If you read modern books, they will spin things in the politically correct thinking of today.

Yes! You are absolutely correct in the fact that Lee resigned his commission. So by today's standard Lee is a veteran. Neither Lincoln nor Congress as victors of the civil war, never regarded their southern Americans as t*****rs! Therefore Lee, as general of the m*****a was not a t*****r but a defender of his state and eventually the Confederacy. Congress never ruled that the confederate states were t*****rs! Matter of a fact I think all of us here should reread the Gettysburg address.
